Custom cases with Caseapp PLUS GIVEAWAY AND DISCOUNTS!

Make sure you read all the way to the end for the chance to win a custom phone case!

Mobile phones and laptops.  Most people have one or the other and most of those have both. Technology has become a huge part of today's society - it's everywhere!  You walk down the street and you see people on their mobiles, sat in cafés or restaurants tapping away on their laptop or scrolling through a newsfeed.  It always looks the same...  So when Caseapp * and I started a collaboration together, I was over the moon!  Finally, my MacBook Air and iPhone 7 won't look like all the rest!

Caseapp is a company where you can customise cases and skins for your phones, laptops and iPads.  And I mean REALLY personalise!  You can do literally anything!

First thing I chose to customise was a phone case.  I love looking at phone cases online and in shops so I was ready to get clicking!  I decided that I wanted one with one of my favourite quotes on it.  I also love the colour pink and all things flowery so I had my fingers crossed that I was going to be able to do all of those things!

Pink and flowery - perfect!!  There are a large range of graphics to choose from and background colours!  I selected a pink background and then scrolled through to find the perfect flowery arrangement.  I found a font called Homemade Apple and stylised the quote 'she believed she could so she did' to fit the case.  (Screen grab below)  The graphics, text and colours work the same on all custom products.

The next thing to design was a laptop skin.  I had an old, marked, scratched up sticker of Iron Man on my MacBook which had been on there since I bought the laptop about three and a half years ago so being able to freshen it all up was amazing!  I really wanted my Blog name on the skin but I also wanted another quote.  So I got both!

The graphics that I opted for have a meaning to me so being able to put them all together from Caseapp's website was fab!  I have a thing about creatures with wings representing freedom and journeys, feathers representing loved ones and Hakuna Matata because I love Disney and this song has a really strong message despite it being a fun song by a singing meerkat and warthog.  The quote on the bottom 'Dream. Believe. Achieve' works well with these graphics.

I have never seen a phone skin before, so I decided to order a custom phone skin too.  Again I opted for the pink/purple vibe. And of course, a quote!  This one actually came as part of the graphics - I just loved it!

When I put the skin onto my phone, it didn't seem like it fit as well as the laptop skin.  I was fairly disappointed with this because I much preferred this design to the phone case I designed.  I think I'm going to have to go back to the website to re-order this design on a case!

Final thoughts

I wasn't as impressed with the phone skin out of the three which is a shame because I liked this design the most!  However, the actual quality of the skins are brilliant.  The phone case is light but when I dropped my phone on a hard floor, it didn't dent or shatter so it's strong!  All-in-all I am loving the Caseapp website and cannot wait for you to see all the products on their website.  Just follow this link to design your own case!
