The lovely Kristine over at Kristine's Blog tagged me in this random fact post in the style of a Q&A which was really exciting!
I have loved reading her answers so I'm ready to do my own!
If you're tagged at the bottom, all you have to do is answer these questions on your blog!
So here goes...
When was the last time you cried?
I watched Thor Ragnorok the other day and cried. It happens a lot, can't think of a single film I haven't cried at whether it be sadness, happiness or laughter. The worst one recently was Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. I'll admit I was a little traumatised throughout that... *NO SPOILERS PLEASE*
If you were another person, would you be a friend of yourself?
I think so, I try and be the sort friend I would want.
Do you use sarcasm a lot?
Unfortunately so. But not as much as some people do (Nicky, I'm looking at you!)
What’s the first thing you notice about people?
Their eyes and teeth. I don't even know why. I guess eyes give away emotion and you can usually tell a little bit about lifestyle with the teeth.
Scary movie or happy endings?
I love both! Happy endings give me little warm feeling but sometimes I just love the monsters and demons winning. Not sure what that says about me, mind...
Fresh flowers, candles and melts. I have some gorgeous Party Lite candle in Tropical Breeze melts that are like Heaven.
What’s the furthest you’ve ever been away from home?
Florida. And I would live there if I could!
Do you have any special talents?
Erm... I guess writing? I'm also very talented at tripping over thin air or my own feet.
Where were you born?
Luton Hospital, Bedfordshire, UK. I don't live there anymore, I'm up in Lincolnshire these days.
What are your hobbies?
Writing, reading, makeup, playing board games, seeing friends, all sorts of different things! Taking photos of literally everything as well.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
I've drifted between a ridiculous amount of professions I wanted to be. Pop star, teacher, actor, rock star, psychologist, rock star again, forensics, police, prison officer, rock star again, author, rock star again, author and writer. I'm sticking with author and writer for the foreseeable!
How many countries have you been to?
Five outside of the UK - plus I have driven through France and Belgium to get to Germany so counting those it would be seven. But have actually stayed in five.
What was your favourite/ worst subject at school?
Favourite subjects at school were English and RE. I loved reading, writing and I also loved learning about other religions and what they believe and why. Worst subject was Maths. Can't do it, hate it, makes me anxious and it was boring!
What is your favourite drink?
Diet Coke or orange juice. I can't decide between the two!
What would you (or have you) named your kids?
No idea. I always liked the idea of naming them after fictional characters such as Amelia (Doctor Who), Luna (Harry Potter) and Rory (Doctor Who)
Who are some of your favourite YouTubers?
Nikkie Tutorials, Giovanna Fletcher, Tom Fletcher, Bella Coco and Brummy Mummy of 2.
How many boyfriends have you had?
All that matters is that my last boyfriend was my soulmate so I married him!
Favourite memory from childhood?
Family holidays, my Grandad being hilarious all the time, playing with friends and that time I was in Bugsy Malone with school.
How would you describe your fashion sense?
Very casual but not in a slobby kind of way. I love a pair of skinny jeans, boots or trainers, vest top and a jacket if it's cold. And I always accessorise. My favourite is bracelets. You can see some I picked out a while ago here. However I do LOVE dressing up and getting my glam on for nights out.
Tell us one of your bad habits?
I'm a naturally very untidy person. I leave stuff laying around all the time and not clearing things away. I always think 'I'll get round to it' and never do until Nicky starts complaining then does it anyway. It's not intentional, it's just the way I am. I do try!
